Beans

Ingredients:

12 to 14 Cups of Water
4 Cups of Beans
3 garlic cloves
Salt to taste

Step1

Soak beans overnight then throw away water and refill, add garlic and boil for about one and one-half (1-1/2) hours then add the salt and let boil utill beans are tender - about another hour. If needed add water if water does not cover the beans.

Step 2

Remove extra juice from beans and bring to a rolling boil then add about one Cup colby cheese, then mash with a potato masher and leave the consistency you wish.

Serve as a dip with salsa or as part of a main meal.

Duration is about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
